The Second Sister was a female individual who served during the reign of the Galactic Empire as an Inquisitor under Darth Vader. Early during the Empire's reign, she hunted down the Padawan Cal Kestis, and used Purge Troopers to help her do so. She was present at the Inquisitorius Headquarters along with The Grand Inquisitor, Fifth Brother, Seventh Sister, Eighth Brother, a female Inquisitor, and a Twi'lek Inquisitor after a mission to hunt down Eeth Koth.
