[LFS] Mil Mi-24D "Hind D" - Buff

This isn't mine to start off with. I rebalanced the hind D made by the people in the addon at: https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1726056130

As request I buffed the Hind D what isn't making it stronger but just have much more ammo

Changes:
Health - 2000 --> 2500
Primary Ammo (Rockets) - 128 --> 256
Secondary Ammo (Red Rockets) - 4 --> 8
Tertiary Ammo (Minigun) - 1470 --> 2940

Of the Rocket
Force - 30 --> 40
Hullsize - 15 --> 20
Damage - 40 --> 50
Gun RPM - 4000 --> 5000

I do take requests if I can do them so if you want other things rebalanced by a nerf or buff comment below and I will happily do my best to do it! Just tell me what you want! :D
