Any mod removing the penalty when other Election Counts are destroyed, or can be included in this one?. Its the major penalty Im constantly getting, and often its Electors on other side of Empire, so can even influence the event.

@Louie04k There are already similar mods posted on WH3, but if you really need a 0 IA cost confederation mod, I will figure out the difference and port this to WH3.

Let me get this straight... Confederation costs -3 IA but letting the province get entirely wiped out and stealing it later costs -2 IA. In what world does that make sense?
