Body Glove Elite playermodel + Kinect conversion

Sgt Shotups Body Glove Elite converted for use as a playermodel and contains basic NPCs. Playermodel utilises the unified viewmodel system and also contains a version of the original ragdoll which supports Kinect.

Known Issues:
1) Legs are a bit prone to flexing under certain conditions most commonly when crouching. Due to the differences in leg structure, fixing this won't be possible.
2) Fingers on playermodel are a bit small. Again due to differences with the Valve Biped.
3) Missing lower thumb on right hand of viewmodel. Had to remove this as it kept clipping through the viewmodel weapons.
