[WotC][LWotC] Global Weapon Stat Changer

This mods simply overrides all of the stats of every weapon in the armory to LWotC's stats. It applies to mods that add weapons too. This also works for regular WotC, for those that want to adjust every weapon but don't want to spend the time going through every mod!

Q: Is it safe to add this mod in the middle of a campaign?

A: Yes! You can add it mid campaign with little to no issues. It's a mod that applies on startup.

Q: How do I edit the stats?

A: Go to the mod's folder, then open either XCom or Factions > Open XComWeapon_GlobalStats.ini. You can easily edit stats and this will apply to all weapons in a certain category.

Q: What if I want to edit the stats for my WotC campaign (Not LWOTC)?

A: As of v1.00, you MUST follow this rule. In the config files, ONLY edit T1, T3, and T5 (Conv, Mag, and Beam, respectively). In the future I'll add a switch for WotC (Not LWotC) players to use.

Q: Vanilla version?

A: Not really, no.
