Hi there, here is another small effect mod that introduces a new kind of technolgy effect into the Grand, IA and RoR campaign.
You can now unlock more army and navy capacity through certain technologies. Most factions have three different techs that received this additional effect. Barbarians can increase their army cap by 3, most greek factions by 4 and Rome + Carthage by 5. Those techs are usually late or midgame techs so you do not earn the bonus to early.
However, using an AI mod that provides research bonus to AI can increase dificulty even more, beauce they can raise more armies against you.
In Rise of Republic, all factions can increase their army cap by 2 by researching logistics and suplly lines/grain houses.
In WoS, all factions can increase their army cap by 2 researching supply lines and organized supply.

This mod is for those who do not use my Effect Overhaul Compilation. All efects are additionally only, so there should not be compatibility issues. However, total overhauls are usually not compatible with vanilla mods.
