Q: Why is the thumbnail huey different from the one in-game?
A: I got a new model and reworked the Huey Gunship

Q: Why does the propeller go under the heli in singeplayer when i press escape?
A: I talked to Gredwitch and its a singeplayer sandbox issue

i dont know if gmod is lobotomized, but:

Addon '<color=255,128,0>[LFS] Huey Gunship</color>' probably conflicts with addon '<color=255,128,0>[LVS] - Flight School</color>' due to both having the following files:
