Vanilla | Survival | No Subgrids | No Scripts | No DLC | Supergrid!


The K-2 Versys is a simple atmospheric speeder bike, with a lot of power for its small size .

It is as small and light as the K-1 Buzz, but has a way better acceleration thanks to its 4 upward and 3 forward thrusters. It is only equipped with the bare necessities like a small cargo conatainer and an antenna. It also has an ore detector for ore deposit scouting missions, but does not have any guns.

The Seat is a supergrid block, so you need to turn on supergridding in world options to use it.
If you're interested in a no supergrid speeder bike, maybe check out this older one of mine.

If you build this in a survival world, I painted all blocks that you should grind down after building bright red for convenience.

No, not really, it's just too large. I am rather going to just build some new speederbikes with the new control seat.

Any way to swap that seat out for the small-grid control seat now available? I think that might avoid supergrid issues.

just tried it out last night, loved it. but how do you manage to get the blast door and battery to be stuck through the control seat? I see you said it's a super grid but what does that mean/how do you do that?

Neat thanks for the link pretty good idea for finer detailing and circumventing size restricted blocks this should be vanilla.

There's some more info here . With this mod you can place supergrid blocks. You don't need it for blueprints like this though, just for building.
