Normal = Mayhem
Advanced = Deathwish
Expert = Death Sentence

Feel like it should be
Easy = Normal
Normal = Hard
Advanced = Overkill
Expert = Death wish
Expert Realism = Death Sentence

although honestly MEDUSA would be cooler for expert than STONE what ya think?
