change rotor turrets design,foundation,position and few armors

add few boost hydrogen thrusters
change ship design little bit
+inside interior(used decoration2 dlc)
fixed damaged blocks

its Starcraft1 UED missile frigate space ship "Valkyrie"
designed to protect directorate battlecruiser.

(actually i already made this model,but that ship badly designed unlike purpose.also
waste alot of heavy armor{weights},resources, and PCU unusually.
so ive to made new one : /)
