"Kebi", a seaside growing city, has beaches and beautiful nature. Blend contemporary Asian style together. Complex transportation. There are international airports that Supporting tourists. And everyone will be fascinating this place...

For almost 6 months, I finally finished it. This is my fictional city. I tried to mixture Asian cities (some Japanese). There are expressways passes into the city center. Leave the city and cross the bridge into the island.

The Kebi is tropical city. Inspired by mostly asia and mixed with western countries assets. Featuring the international airport, long beach, natural parks and complex highway network.

This is my recovery save and updated to 2019 VERSION. Some buildings are disappear. (Mostly residential houses)
Because, Some assets in the workshop are broken/missing/deleted and My RICO settings are lost from my old broken HDD.

So you can plop them whatever you want!

System Requirements:

• You must at least 16GB of RAM and 24 GB of page file (Virtual Memory)*** or more to load all custom assets and mods.
  
• This savegame requires After Dark, Snowfall, Natural Disasters, Green Cities, Concerts, Mass Transit, Park Life and Industries in order to play.
  
  ***From my configuration. Or you can set to higher for better!

1. Subscribe all items in the assets collection (#1 | #2) and mods collection.
   
   
2. Download the local Amamlya's CSUE files[drive.google.com] and extract to:
   
   %\AppData\Local\Colossal Order\Cities_Skylines\Addons\Assets
   
   
3. Download the Prop Unlimiter mod[modsbase.com] and put the mod to:
   
   %\AppData\Local\Colossal Order\Cities_Skylines\Addons\Mods
   
   When you extract the folder. Please rename the folder from "886603352 Prop Unlimiter[ALPHA]" to "886603352".
   
   
   
4. To achieve the same look like me. Please download the settings and following instructions below:
   
   
   • Ultimate Eye Candy
     Lattitude: -36 | Longitude: -98 | Global Light Intensity: 5.0 | Ambient Light Intensity: 1.0
     
     
   • Relight
     Download the file[drive.google.com] and extract to:
     
     %\AppData\Local\Colossal Order\Cities_Skylines\ModConfig\RelightPresets
     
     
   • LUT
     This savegame will use Relight2Natural LUT. (from More Relight LUTs by Ronyx69)
     
     
   • Theme Mixer
     Based on Waiheke Map Theme by creativeDEX & Mark Fire.
     
     • RuinedDiffuseTexture: Springwood
       
     • PavementDiffuseTexture: Sedona
       
     • OilDiffuseTexture: Springwood
       
     • CliffDiffuseTexture: Project Monaco
       
     • WaterNormal: Project Monaco
     
     
   • Daylight Classic
     Enable only "Classic sunlight color", "Classic sunlight intensity", "Classic fog color for AD fog effect" and "Allow Classic fog effect if day/night cycle is on".
     
     
   • Cloud & Fog Toggler
     Enable only "Disable Clouds", "Disable Industial Smog" and "Disable edge fog".
     
     
   • Cubemap Replacer (optional)
     Set the Cubemap day to Kiara Morning. (from HDRI Haven Cubemap Pack by Ronyx69)
     
     
   • Ploppable Asphalt
     All RGB values are 78.
     
     
   • Unlimited Trees Mod
     Set "Max # of trees scaling factor" to 8.
   
   
5. When you first loaded savegame. If trees & props are disappear.
   Don't worry! It's just a bug. Please save a new one. Then you need to restart the game and load the new Kebi savegame that you created.
   
   
6. ENJOY THE GAME!!!!
