Pistol Buff for TTT

This addon gives the commonly spawning "Pistol" pistol, which is a FiveSeveN, a buff.
It is designed to work just in the gamemode Trouble In Terrorist Town (TTT).
The goal is to make the Pistol feel more like a FiveSeveN known from other games and not like the slow and lame thing it is so far.
This is accomplished by changing the following stats:

- higher rate of fire
- less recoil

These buffs come to the price of a reduction of damage and it losing its automatic fire (yes, it normally has that) for balancing reasons.

You can see the new stats in an overview amongst the images at the top.
