Visually improved Bestiary (Ab+/Rep)

I have to stop you right here!

Yes, this mod reworks the complete look of the Bestiary including the pages itself, the background and the optional doodles... but it doesn't fix every problem the Bestiary has.

It adds:
- new sprites for the pages.
- new sprites for the background doodles.
- rearranges most of the sprites to make the whole thing to look smoother.
- five themes which allow you to customize the look of each page! For this please check the discussion thread on the bottom.

It doesn't do:
- add new animation for bosses and enemies. It is possible to that, but it would require to edited a bunch of files which would cause compatibility issues with other mods.
- add a custom icon for unfound enemies. The sprite for it is in the mod, but due to the API limitations it can only be implemented in a way which wouldt screw up the game. If you want to take a look at it.[imgur.com].
- get rid of the ugly autogenerated names and replace them with handdrawn ones. This can not be done due to the way the Bestiary is implemented.

If you enable or disable this mod, then you would have to make sure, that you close and restart the game. If you don't do it, then the mod will cause some graphical bugs with the Bestiary.
