I think the point_spotlights in the subway section could use larger widths to more closely match the light models themselves, and the bathrooms could use a more white colo(u)r for their lights.
I also think the combine metal textures would work a lot better with cubemaps, just remember to compile them for both ldr and hdr lighting, and I think the soundscape used in the bit of the subway with a broken ceiling doesn't work too well with the tone, and that a hl2:ep2 skybox would also work better.
Overall I think that it's pretty and I like the gameplay.
