After the Naval Race (1.12+)

Hello everyone, Lollo here.

This is the update to Narzgel's 1.5 mod, I volunteered to update it and here it is after much sweat, tears, and blood.

This mod plays with the idea that the naval treaties which prevented the post-war naval arms race were never signed, leading to some pretty considerable fleets.
The balance of powers is not changed, since the amount of ships gained is proportionate to the amount of ships the country originally had.
For example, Italy (originally ~150 ships) will gain far more ships than a country like Spain, or Turkey.

The countries affected are as follows:
-Argentina, Brazil, China, France, Germany, Greece, Turkey, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, Soviet Union, Spain, UK and USA.


WARNING: (I can't believe I have to clarify this) THIS MOD IS NOT SUPPOSED TO BE COMPATIBLE WITH TOTAL OVERHAULS THAT ARE NOT ORIGINAL TIMELINE
