Cotton Candy (Blue)

A bag of delicious, Blue Cotton Candy.

Notes:

- The pivot point on these were designed to be similar to the Christmas tree ornaments in game so they'd be easier to hang. It makes placing them a little tricky at first but I think it works out for the better after you get used to it. Sorry if it causes anyone frustration!

- The reason these aren't recolourable is because it's difficult to get the light, fluffy look of cotton candy while also allowing for flexicolour to work. (I tried it and it looked rather ugly.)
