[EN patch+Dialogue Expansion] Siegward of Catarina

This is a english translation patch that comes with a dialogue expansion for the recent Onion knight mod(aka 卡塔利纳的杰克巴尔) uploaded by †SMK†~(羽林右将军)Ash. Please load my mod under the original mod since mine does not work on its own.

I thought it would be fun to see our dear onion bro saying his lines from Darksouls 3, so I talked with Ash焱魔, and he agreed to let me make a dialogue package for Siegward.

Basically:

1.Onion bro now "hmmm" occasionally the way Beep does.

2.Has a few more unique lines for situations like getting up during a fight, being healed, being locked or launching an attack( however I failed to get this one to work)

3.He will also be able to warn you against Leviathan and Crimper.

I also tweak some item descriptions. I end up using descriptions form Darksouls 2, since I believe it better represents the idea of "a weird armour with unknown origin."
