BIG Event Buttons (right-aligned)

For people who don't read events.
Puts tooltips on the buttons so you don't need to hover over them and moves the window to the right side.

NOT compatible with ironman saves or achievements.
Will work on either 1.1 or 1.2

Known issues:
I can't make the buttons resizable, just not an option.
And, unfortunately, I can't make a toggle to switch between normal buttons and these ones.
Also, you'll notice that the toggle for the event description will reset when you get a new event. That's just what it does. I opted to go for no text as default.
