Add a Race called "Skeleton ILA-M"

It's based on the Industrial Lifter Arm, and pretty good muscle-combat. But not good at anything else.

Very high HP, but the automatic regeneration is very low.

The moving speed is slow.

MKIII HEAD HP 200 OTHER HP 250

He acts and lives like a normal skeleton, but There will always be recruitable individuals in Black Desert City and World's End, Mourn.

please can someone tell me how can I edit the proportions in character creator for this type of skeleton? I do not see an xml file or editor for them anywhere like with all the other races. I want to edit the max possible height for them
