No clue why Crossbow Smith, Labouring, Farming and Cooking perks still blocked at 50-60, don't ask

This is a very nice mod. It allows you to roleplay as a veteran character that has a history you can only guess at via their stats.

The data are easy to be too high. It is recommended that 0-10 (set at 70%) be 19-50 (15%) 59-80 (10%) be 89-100 (5%).

It would be nice if you made a random stats start but only stats at 1-20 vs 1-100, that way it makes games feel different but still feels like a "start" :)
