After his kayfabe brother and tag team partner was injured, Dennis Knight (formerly known as Phineas I. Godwinn) returned to the WWF under his real name, but was quickly brainwashed into joining the Ministry of Darkness. The Undertaker renamed Knight as Mideon.

Mideon often teamed up with Viscera while part of the Ministry, and the duo continued to tag together for a while after the stable dissolved.

Mideon notably became the European Champion after finiding the title in Shane McMahon's bag, and had a brief run as Naked Mideon in 2000 in which he wrestled in a fanny pack and a thong.
