This game maybe 15 dollars but its worth buying. it has a cooler campaign than the original half life and has new weapons for multiplayer. this guide is specificlly for multiplayer purposes. if your looking for singleplayer, then get the hell out of here.

Guide to weapons: its a kinda simple thing to explain about.

Basic weapons: for the basic weapons, we have the Crowbar and the glock 17/M9 berratta

The crowbar is rarely used if you have ran out of ammo with your weapons (excluding hornetgun, shockroach), But its main use is to brake open boxes and get whats in them.

The glock 17/ m9 berratta is your starter weapon, its ammunition is bullets and its main use is to kill whatever is in sight (thats up to you). there are 2 different firing modes on the glock 17/ m9 berratta: Leftclick- Normal firing, Right click- faster firing but lower accuracy. the pistol (when shooting with left click) can be really good at times because its accuracy is almost that of a crossbow the bullets may go off a bit, but overall, its good for mid range. The pistol (when shooting with right click) is like that of a MP5/M4. it fires pretty fast, but your accuracy is terrible so its best used for close combat.

Melee weapons: for melee weapons, we have the Monkey wrench, Barnacle, and the Knife

The pipewrench is like a crowbar, but slower and more high powered. Its best to use the moneky wrench when sneaking up on somebody(if you right click and hold it, you'll be techniclly doing a backstab). Left click is normal hitting which is slow but more powerful than a crowbars DING-DING-DING-SQUAHS-SQUAHS. Right click is a "charge hit", if you press and hold right click, than you can hold it until you release the right click.

the barnacle is a troll weapon that can only be mastered by the expert trolls, left click makes the barnacle fire its tounge to reach where ever the holder is pointing at, either nowhere or an unfotunate victim. once the tounge laches on the victim, thenyou either have the choice by lett your self get pulled to your victim by holding left click or hold both right and left click to bring the victim towards you. either way, the barnacle chews up the victim and goes on with its day.

The knife is like the crowbar, just slightly more powerful.

Advanced Weapons: for Advanced weapons, we have the Spas-12 shotgun, MP5/M4, and the Crossbow

The spas-12 shotgun is a powerful weapon for inventory, leftclick does a simple one shot and the right click does 2 shells in 1 shot to give it twice the power, usually if you get all the shots landed on your victim, it will do very serious damage, sometimes might even cause an insta kill if your victim isnt wearing any armour.

The MP5/M4 is good at close-mid range. you can do alot in close range and do almost alot in mid range. Left click is a simple ordinary automatic firing withnot so bad accuracy and right click is a grenade shoot right out the bottom onto or near you victim cause serious harm. you can also use the grenade launchers explosion to get to a different place (Kinda like rocket jumping).

The crossbow is a powerful weapon, without being zoomed in, you shoot explosive arrows. But while being zoomed in, you shoot very fast and precise arrows doing massive damage to anyone that gets shot. Left click: fire Right click: zoom in/out

Heavy weapons: For heavy weapons, We have the M249, Displacer, Rocket Launcher, and the Sniper Rifle.

The m249 is a powerful machine gun, able to chew up anything in sight in a couple shots if close enough. it has no secondary fire, BUT it does do some push back while firing... you can use the push back to your advantage by using it to make soft landings (since it makes you float kinda like a feather with a bit more weight) or in low gravity servers so you can be adrian christ and fly around the map like xen!. (BTW it uses LMG ammo)

The displacer is the ultra scientific teleportation version of the BFG 9000 (or BFG10000), Its primary fire is to shoot a big blast of Uranium plasma sphere (or circle) at the enemy and bkows them up into gibs. secondary fire is private teleportation mode. it unpredictibly teleports you to any part of the map.

The rocket launcher is good when you have the laser pointer on and aiming at your enemys from a mid to long distance. right click enables/disable the laser pointer. shooting with the laser pointer will make it follow the laser (where ever you look) and shooting it without the laser pointer just makes it go straight. exlosions can also mean for some rocket jumping.

Sniper rifle is a good choice for long range combat. left click is an ordinary powerful shot and right click is used to zoom in/out.

OF exclusive weapons: For the Opposing force exclusive weapons, we have the shockroach, spore launcher/fishy squid and the penguin.

The shockroach has an a fast fire rate and has unlimited ammo. left click is an ordinary shock charge shot, right click is... ugh.... making the shockroach look up and down or let it have freedom? thats unkown for me. BEWARE: do not use the shock roach in water, it will cause you to die and other surrounding players.

Spore Launcher: ammo type of this weapon are spores. it has 5 shots before reloading. Left click causes the fish to shoot a green ball like a rocket projectile and right click launches it like a grenade that wont explode after a few seconds, the secondary fires type of projectile will keep ricocheting off things until a few or so seconds have passed. the weapon does do an amazing amount of damage and can be use as a rocket jumping tool....

The penguin: It may seem like a snowman, but that snowman is actually a nest of kamikazee penguins, the penguins are like snarks, but explode instead of popping.

Special weapons: for the special weapons, we have the Guass cannon, gluon gun, and Hivehand/ hornetgun

The guass cannon is powered by 2 powercell batterys (duracell rip off brand), it uses uraniam ammo and uses 2 bits of uranium per shot. the alt fire is a charge shot that can use 10-20 ammo depending on how much time you charge it up for. dont hold it for too long or it will back fire. the charge shot gives you a massive knock back which can be taken advantage of to utilize certain flying moves pro's have a hard time trying to do.

The gluon gun is the most powerful weapon of the game! it abliterates anything you shoot at to small giblets in a couple seconds.

the Hornet gun/ hive hand has unlimited ammo and can shoot up to 8 space hornets before needing to regenerate all the hornets lost. left click is the basic shoot and right click is the faster firing peirce shots.

Powerful sidearms: for the powerful side arms, we have the .357 magnum and the .357 desert eagle.

The .357 magnum is powerful and can be zoomed in like a sniper rifle by right clicking

The desert eagle has normal fast firing powerful shots when you primary fire with it, if you alt fire, then you activate the laser which makes the gun have a slower fire rate but higher accuracy. but you can turn off the lazer and rapid fire with the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ pistol, what do you think its there for?

strategic weapons: for the strategic weapons, we have the grenades, satchel charges, trip mines, and snarks.
