[WoTC] Standalone Metion BattleSuit

This mod adds a new heavy armor.

• Metion Battlesuit, a new heavy armor suit

Following the same pattern as the Pathfinder mod, the Metion Battlesuit is intended to be a research reward for killing my Exalted Custodians, however instead of making you wait for the "pack" mod, this is a standalone version which does not require any other mod. As for the Battlesuit's abilities:

• Heavy Armor:
  Like the W.A.R and Exosuit it can equip a heavy weapon, it also offers a boost to both armor and HP.
  
• Rocket Barrage:
  Fires rockets over a large area, 2 charges.
  
• Prototype Plasma Bolt Launcher:
  A powerful melee attack dealing 20 flat damage, note that the soldier needs to be within blue move distance of the target so they can move to the target and then activate the ability in melee range, in other words, can't dash to the target and hit them in melee like with a sword.
  
• Akontia pattern Magnetic Minigun:
  Deals damage in a cone shape like the shredder gun, deals less damage than the shredstorm cannon.
  
• Metion Jetpack:
  Allows the wearer of the suit to reposition in the battlefield.
  
• Rocket Knee Strike:
  A melee range attack that disorients the target.
  
• Metion Shield:
  Replaces Hunker Down, deploys a shield that also generates cover for allies, decreases defense but adds a buff to dodge and armor to the suit's wearer.

How to obtain them:

You need to complete the Powered Armor, Andromedon and Sectopod research, after completing those you need to complete a research for the Metion Suit itself, and then you build it in the proving grounds. The suit is intended to be both time consuming and expensive to make, but as usual the prices are configurable in the .inis, in this case in "XcomMetionTech.ini"


For reasons beyond my understanding, when using the flamethrower heavy weapon on the Metion Suit the fire will not animate properly, it will get "stuck" in front of the suit. However it still works properly, it just a visual glitch.


In the not-so-distant-future this mod(and the cosmetic version of the mod) will be updated with a couple of new helmets and maybe something like new shoulderpads too.


Should be compatible with everything, but if used with the Metion Cosmetic Mods you will get duplicates of the cosmetic armor pieces.


You are free to use anything and everything in this mod for your own mods and/or purposes, in fact not only are you allowed, i encourage you to do it.
