Meitou: Loot and Goods

描述
What Do
Simple mod that adds a chance of meitou spawns as Loot and a chance for them to appear in shops. [Only affects some vanilla nests and some weapon vendors]

How Do
Loot: 4-7% Chance depending on the type of nest.

Purchasable: 5-25% Depending on location.
Basically, smaller shops have a fairly low chance of having Cross Class weapons. (5-15%) 1 in 3 visits to affected shops yielded a Meitou weapon with these shops with Vanilla settings.
Larger shops range up to about (20%) and the Skeleton smiths hit a solid (25% which might be higher if I remember correctly). Pretty much guaranteed a meitou weapon in many cases.

For those interested, I've tested this with Shops Have More Items+, consistently yielding ~10/130 weapons being Cross Class some of the lower tier areas.

Why Do
1. Those nests are useless once you hit midgame, this just gives you a reason to check them out every now and then. I haven't set the odds too high, through my testing I've found two weapons in 2 hours. If thats too frequent for you then eh?
2. My personal endgame involves becoming a Cat-Lady Level, Meitou Collector. This allows for weapons, both modded and vanilla, that were previously unable to be, to be acquired as Cross Grade without the need for a high end crafter + mods at your base.

0. Is this recommended for new players?
A. No.

A. Yes, just load this last.

2. Is this a cheat mod?
A. ??? If you can afford to buy them maybe???

3. My, My, Too Many Meitou
A. Not a question, but, if you feel there is an area that has consistently yielded too many Meitou Grade weapons, just leave a comment, I'll check it out

4. What exactly has been changed/does this change what weapons are available where?
A. Sentence structure. By now I should have an image of the vendors I've changed in FCS. All Vanilla values should be exactly the same, just with the additional reference adding the possibility of Cross Class Weapons.

5. This is your second mod ever, do you have an idea what you're doing now?
A. Nope. Winging it

Hi! It's been a couple years but here I am once again using your mod for the latest and greatest of Kenshi runs. I was wondering if there's a way to manually change the rarity of specifically shop based Meitou drops? I know there are factors for it but I do think the spawns for that specifically are pretty insanely high and would like to bring them down to a fraction of what they are now since I commonly see 2+ Meitou in most weapons shops. Great mod though I've always loved it!!

@TheAshby Hi, that I can answer that.

The armor is the Azuchi Armor from this mod (red and black ish?): https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1363848335&searchtext=

(Genesis has 4 variations already in it if you are using that: red, dark blue, black and samurai grey)

I also use the External Muscle Suit Mod for the shirt layer.

This mod is great, but I want to ask a silly question. Is the armor that appears in the mod miniature, is it yours too or is it from another mod? goes great with the new weapon skins if you're so kind as to tell me where that armor comes from!

Import is necessary to update the shops tables.
Works retroactively with any mod that adds weapons to the affected shops (all screencaps include
a couple modded weapons)

Does this happen to work with mod weapons that also have a meitou version or is it base game meitou weapons only?
