It's because 2CRI crudely uploaded most, if not all, of his mods. They're all outdated and weren't properly uploaded to the workshop. He's had multiple mod authors try to get these mods pulled because he (2CRI) never had permission to upload them to begin with. But, my own conversations with the proper mod authors reveal that Steam doesn't really enforce anything. So long as the mods are clean (No malware or anything) and don't break their TOS, they don't care who uploads them or what permissions they have.
The reason proper uploading is a big deal is because the file structure for a steam copy of the game is different compared to that of a retail copy. It's why you can't easily install steam mods to a non-steam copy of the game.
If unscribed, the main menu text returns to normal.
Does it conflict with TSLRCM or affect it in some way?
