I really didn't like the whole Giant White Eyeball thing he had going on, so I made it look closer to him just missing an eyeball completely. Recolored his remaining eyeball to have red in the center of his iris with a dark ring around the outside. The cracks in his skin on a whole are more red while his skin itself is mostly desaturated. He's also got some red tint to parts of his robes.
