Cat Cap
● Sanity/min increased from 3.3 to 5 (just enough to negate sanity drain at dusk/night).

Tail o' Three Cats
● Range increased from 2 to 2.5 (can now kill birds).
● Recipe changed from x3 Tentacle Spots to x1 Tentacle Spike.

Cannot make Tail o 'Three Cats. The recipe requires three Tentacle Spots instead of Tentacle Spike.

Even though I use creative mode, the recipe remains the same.
