This mod removes the Influence cost of making Starbases however it will still cost with alloys. hopeing to bring back the balance from 1.9

Check the new link in the description for an update. if it says its out of date. just run it anyways and see if it works.

@nuka boy. this mod doesnt touch perks or anything like that. it just changes the influence cost of outposts.
