描述
Adds a german, GDR themed cement truck texture for the Skoda Chasis.
As an easteregg, I added the insignia of the cementcombine "Rüdersdorf" near Berlin.

Trivia: that´s where the last part of "The Hunger Games" was set, and that´s why you can see a ROBUR LO truck in the movie. What´s kind of funny, because it´s set in the faaaar away future and still a 1970-truck ... ;-)
