This mod reduces the cosmite cost of units and mods as noted below:

Units:
Colonizer-----------30->20
Tier 2 Aircraft-----10->6
Tier 3 Low Cost---15->10
Tier 3 Med Cost---20->15
Tier 3 High Cost---25->20
Tier 4 Low Cost---40->30
Tier 4 Psynumbra-70->45

Mods:
Low Cost Mods--------5->4
Medium Cost Mods--10->7
High Cost Mods------15->10
Tier 1 Hero Item------8->5
Tier 2 Hero Item-----12->8
Tier 3 Hero Item-----16->12
Tier 4 Hero Item-----20->16
Tier 3 Hero Vehicle--40->20
Tier 4 Hero Vehicle--50->30


Notice:
One of the mechanics of the game is to increase the price of mods depending on what tier the unit is.

Tier 1 x1.00
Tier 2 x1.24
Tier 3 x1.24
Tier 4 x1.50

I think its a cool feature so I left it in.
