Say hello to Frenzy! Everyones favorite illiterate member of the brotherhood of Dada. Fresh with his garrish outift and stylish top hat, this strange looking fellow has the power over the wind itself..

Ahem.. I am happy with the way he turned out look wise, however animation wise is another story. The only way i could get those wheels on his back was to attach it to his back arm so they kinda move around in ways they shouldn't. Luckly this little flaw does not matter too terribly much as when frenzy is attacked he turns himself into a tornado. The process is irreversable but it's very comic friendly none the less.
