Another Mall - fill in the blanks

This is only for the dev, to showcase an innocent graphical bug with the parking lot. Although it's a pretty solid mall! Margins reduced by 25% on all products, constant random events, and foundations are $140 instead of $200. Settings are otherwise default. Most item mods on the Workshop are used, except for the Black Market Organs mod & the Technology mod; only item mods which are relatively-balanced are present. Unstable build (0.27) with all of Quadsphere's testing Workshop items included.

The mall's major profit center is sporting goods, clothing, and valuables. The grocery store & clothing store needs to be revamped, services & entertainment are absent, and a second food court ought to be added. While the Gun Store mod is included, there's no gun store in the mall either.

Traffic is not an issue. Traffic flow is efficient. A backup warehouse is already established to cover long delivery strikes.
