Because some people asked me about a survival ready version, I made a "single-grid" version of my Fuel Station. You will have to seperate the "subgrids" from the main grid and then attach them to the station.

WARNING:
  • You must work with precision.
  • If you attach the parts in a bad angle, they will probably explode.
  • If you have the possibility, save the game before attaching the subgrids.
  • make sure, there are no floating objects, players or ships within the bounding box of the subgrids when you attach them.



HOW TO ASSEMBLE THE STATION IN SURVIVAL: (watching the video is recommended)

- build the blueprint using a projector
- remove the red armor parts between the main grid and the subgrids (solar arms, hydro tanks etc)
- convert the subgrids "to ship"
- reposition the subgrids with a ship (using a landing gear)
- as soon as the rotor heads are pushed into the rotor bodies, attach the subgrids using the terminal
- be careful. Make sure the subgrids aren't moving when attaching

Thank you for commenting. I will have a look at it. Maybe it's a mistake. Or maybe it was on (whatever) purpose. Don't remember xD

But I will be inactive for some days now (camping trip), so don't wonder why I don't update things this week ^^

Amazing work but... minor complain (maybe a distraction mistake). You have one Yield module in each assembler instead of the 2x Speed modules like you have in the refineries. Maybe you wanted the other way around.
