This house is one of the typical older houses in Paris. The original building can be found on Boulevard Saint-Germain.

Additional informations:

The footprint of this building is 1x1, but it's 6m wide so Move-It is needed to place it correctly.

I do have one, but it's empty right now as I am unable to systematically produce assets so it would feel weird to take people's cash while doing nothing in return.
