Skeletons: Soldierbot and P4 Recruits and Char Creation

I made this mod to add P4 units and Soldierbots to Skeleton Character creation and tweak/balance their values, along with tweaking recruit spawns so P4s and Skeletons show up a tad more often along with Soldierbots being present now aside from Agnu.

Features:

Added P4 Units and Soldierbots to Char Creation

Added Soldierbots to Drifters faction and slightly increased Skeletons and Subraces spawn rates (near equal to Hivers)

Added Crossbows, Precison shooting, Robotics, and Turrets to Soldierbot Racial bonuses,

Edited P4 and Soldierbot Limb Stats to be brought in line with baseline Skeletons

(Still working out Kinks on generic recruits spawning as skeleton subraces)
