why does the British rail class 483 does not have a DRA, AWS and TWPS?

Railtrack is no longer around and was brought by the uk government to make network rail.

If you bought proper trains like from AP those things woulnd´t happen beacuse TPWS would intervene

I've watched most of these old training videos, and they have helped my knowledge and love for British trains. Paul Press is amazing at explaining, etc. and these were made in the good old BR days. *sigh*

thanks for adding this video. *i am actually in the process of applying for a trainee train drivers job, and did not know the actual purpose of the DRA other than it being a nuisance on the ECML DLC for railworks/TS2014! - now I have more stuff I can demonstrate knowledge of if I get to interview stage.
