Designed to be a portable AT solution for the British army,the Boys AT rife saw a lot of action,mainly in Finland during the Winter War,and in WW2.For the Finns it was a great AT,as it could deal with Soviet T-26s relatively easily.During WW2 it was useful against the early German tanks,such as the Panzer I and II,and the early models of the Panzer III.It gained a pretty bad reputation in all the theatres it was deployed,mainly because the penetration power was comparable to that of the Browning .50 machine gun,which could also fire armor piercing indenciary tracer (APIT) ammo,which was a lot more reliable at disabling tanks.It was used in Tunisia by airborne troops,with no effect,as it could not penetrate enemy tanks. In the Pacific,it was used against the initial Japanese attacks on British colonies,and it also proved almost useless against Japanese armor.It was dropped in favour of the PIAT in 1943

-Mk II->Faster bullet speed,only uses scope
