描述
A selection of extra great writers and their works, all women. Includes sounds for the great works, read by yours truly (I'd've preferred having a woman read them, but all I've got is me).

For the first release, you get:

Elizabeth Barrett Browning
Flora Tristan
Frances Hodgson Burnett
George Sand
Louisa May Alcott
Marie de France
Roswitha
Sappho
Sopie, Comtesse de Ségur

I plan to add several more.

Requires the "Fall Patch" for Brave New World.

Great work on the mod! How about including more prominent american authors, Ayn Rand comes to mind? Sure, her books are controversial, but I like them all the same.

Late to the party, but I love the mod. Civ V does its best to strike a balance between male and female figures, but at the end of the day, it is difficult, considering ... well, the way history has kind of been. All the same, great work; it is nice to see modders making the most of things!

I'm definitely planning to update it (I have a list of about twice as many again authors to add), I'm just crazy busy at the moment - I will look you up when I think I'll have time to work on it, and we can do a sound test. If you don't sound worse than me, then you're in :grin:
