WATCH AS PSYCHOPATHS SPAM MILITIA, SENDING OUT NAKED SOLDIERS BECAUSE THEY DON'T WEAR ARMOUR

In addition, all armor is now using the armor value meaning you can have strong armor to purge tribals if you out tech them, now making progressing weapons technology important, in other news, anti-tank support companies are a great substitute for weapons technology in exchange for additional manpower usage and another production slot to manage.

It only works pre-2.0 version of OWB.

dont think so nor is the other version and it wont work in 1.7.1 either as OWB base mod doesnt work in 1.7.1
