赵大你好，与汉帝国+150外交关系这一项不生效，将第一个表中的3k_main_bundle_faction_rank_han_empire_faction这一词条改成3k_main_progression_level_detail_han_empire_faction可正常生效

Also, I feel you should add "-25 diplomatic relations with all bandit factions", like with Yellow Turban and Nanman factions. As of now, Zhang Yan and Zheng Jiang are getting -25 from this mod (also, the game considers them Han factions, is that a bug?), but Yan Baihu is getting neither bonus nor penalty (nor a Han faction).

"+150 diplomatic bonus with Han Empire" is not working. As far as I can tell, all the other effects seem to be working, including all the other diplomatic modifiers.
