It touches the script files which are responsible for adding additional lines, pain sounds, etc. If it adds anything new to a voice set, it overwrites that file

fucking fixed it, it was some old beta grunts that fucked it up, finally. Now, how in the hells does adding grunts mess up added voice lines?

Check if you have that mod installed, read any vanilla+ voice mods to see if the Tsarouhas voice set has been altered as well, and either unsubscribe from those or find a way to extract this mod's vpk and put it in your installation's custom folder so that it has a better chance of not being overwritten. Hey, so I looked into it since I now have the time and after seeing that it is still working in my game and I usually keep mods I make in my game installation's custom folder instead of the workshop, I think it's not my end.
I thought maybe the workshop was uploaded a bit funky and I ran into the same issue as you did. Before I jumped to any conclusions that it was the upload, I checked to see if I had subscribed to any voice pack that overrode the Tsarouhas voice set and I came across the Beta/Old styled voice sets , where Tsarouha's voice set has some new pain sounds used from the older versions of NMRiH. I disabled that, restarted my game, and the it works again.

again, im certain some patch from the devs messed some part of it up, diekaisers tsaouhas mod is updated to 2020, yours is Aug 2019, maybe some patch fucked it up from that year?

and did you at any point convert them to either?

Might also be throwing stones, but are the voice flies mp3s or WAV files?

I checked, i made sure to disable any and all voice mods i got. I even checked if diekaisers tsaouhas mod worked, it does (it was updated in 2020 so idk) most other mods i got affect guns and player models. I dont think it would mess with voicelines.
