Had an interesting bug. After 14 key presses the module still wasn't solved.

Love the module but have ran into some contradiction issues with a situation, here's an example:
Starting at 35, we hit inner left and got a 9, which could be 2 scenarios (it could have went up to 09 or down to 36), and neither scenario allowed for the remaining arrows to make sense. Bug perhaps?
