No Weather

Not recommended if you have an Outpost or if you are a duck. This mod aims to disable all weather effects in the game, including but not limited to: rain, wind, flairs, acid, gas, fog, etc.
If you have an Outpost you will suffer on the long run since there is no wind or rain to aid your development. Research will also be hindered as cities won't have any power either.
Use this mod only if you like to live off the land or for development reasons.
