描述

This corner building is architectonically unique with its three assymetriclly placed gables, two of which are slightly overhanging. There is a children's equipment shop in the basement.

Building stats
- Dense commercial, growable, level 2
- 2x2 cell corner building
- 4 workers
- Includes illumination and specular texture, no color variants, not snow optimized, no LOD variant
- ~800 triangles, texture 1024x2048 (yes, relatively large but allows the realistic look)

@<fabio> As you can see here I just uploaded three separate models and linked them for more convenience. There isn't more to this, really. For using them have a look at my tutorial "How to create a custom district style / building theme". There are Steam guides for basically everything already.

Hey, I saw your post on simtropolis about uploading the same asset with all levels variations. Have you done it? I'am trying to do the same with some of my assets and could use a tutorial.
