Superman (Injustice)

In the alternate universe of Injustice: Gods Among Us, Superman became an extremist and a tyrant after the death of Lois Lane and their unborn child and the nuclear annihilation of Metropolis. In response, Batman formed an insurgency movement to take down his former friend's regime.

"I made them safe. Shielded them. But are they grateful? Do they appreciate my protection? No… they whine. Complain! Side with those criminals. If they prefer chaos, I'll give it to them."
