描述
Once a player has the max rank perk in the Phasmalist tree (Soul Smith - Master), they will be able to add two effects when enchanting an item.

@Icenler are you selecting both effects you want during the initial enchantment? You can't actually enchant an item twice in Skyrim, only add additional effects the first time you enchant it.

i have it and i can only put one enchant per item...
