When the animation ends, freddy just go on another position, and completly break

whats the model you use?
i know hot to import animations but all the models i use for the animation even the fnaf vr freddy model have it just breaks and the body seperates

The position of freddy changes places on the map to where i had him on a certaon map, to fix this simply select freddy, find where he is, and drag him to where you want him to be.

when i press the button to add it the model dissappears
