IMPORTANT: This is the entire data module of the World War Era Weapon Pack. The assets for the weapons can be found here. Subscribing to this is very important, since it contains all of the assets.

War of the Chosen version!

This mod adds 13 new weapons from the early 1900s to 1945 (The Great War era). From the M1 Garand to the MG42, there's plenty of weapons to suit your combat needs.

Unfortunately, the Lee Enfield No.4 and the Arisaka Type 38 are disabled for now, since they have bugs in their animations that I cannot fix at the moment. If you want to use them anyways, then edit XComDLCI_WWII_Weapons.ini and remove them from the Blacklist entries.

The M30 Luftwaffe Drilling has a special ability that's tied to its third barrel. See the preview video above. You can configure the stats in XComDLCI_WWII_Weapons.ini.

  • Fire SFX might be too quiet as to not harm headphone users.
  • SMGs has the basic assault rifle stats. If you really want to instead use LW2 SMG weapon/soldier stats, edit the SMG's weapon ini file.
  • Lee Enfield and Type 38 are disabled until further notice.

A: If I feel like it.

Q: Does this work on a current save?

A: Yes. You can load this mod in the middle of the campaign and the weapons should appear.

Q: Help? I can't upgrade my weapons?

A: You buy the vanilla schematics to build the next tier.

A: Yes, they should be available for all tiers

  • Compatibility with Iridar's Underbarrel Grenade Launcher mod for the MP-28. Rifle grenades will NOT disappear from the launcher when fired.

I was tracking down an issue I was having where custom named guns, like !Assault 1 would not filter to the top of the list, instead it'd just show regular AK47's etc. I identified this mod as at least one of the causes of it, because when I remove it, the filtering by name and type work again. the CoD MW 2019 (Blueprint and standard) work fine, as does the Resistance firearms pack, however, IW, BO3 and WW guns don't seem to play nice. They also don't have the .ini section that has BEnableAddingWeaponsToHQ like the ones that do play nice. I'm not sure how all this works, but I wanted to ask whether or not there is something that can be done so sorting is respected by this mod. The quality on these is out of this world so I'd love to ensure custom named guns are always on top so I can use them all!
How can I use the individual weapon stats instead of the global stats? Do I edit a text file or delete the global stats file?

Why is the winchester like a burst rifle? Shouldn't it work like a sniper? It really throws me off...

I tried to use the M1 Garand with XSkin alongside the bayonets mod and it's own bayonet was placed inside the handle
is their a way to fix this?
