DerBK as Advent Speaker

描述
You propably heard of an amazing modder and person that DerBK is. You also must have played with extremaly well made mods that he created for XCom 2. And you propably saw his profile picture, either on discord,or on steam. I myself just cannot unsee it, and for me DerBK will always be the Advent Speaker, spreading the word of advent after every mission, and doing other spokesman things. This mod replaces a single localization line in english localization, that will change speaker's displayed name, to DerBK. That's all. Original Idea was Deadput's But I stole it from him. (He promised not to get mad though)
