1. Sorry, I don't usually take requests. Modding is something I like to do in my free time (Also, I'm pretty sure source models use their own filetype).

2. If other people have the mod downloaded (and Online Party+ because I think that may be needed for hat sync?), they can see you wearing it online.

if you have problems with that, the model originally came from a gmod addon. you could use the model from there as well
